• Uploading ability of images, including x-rays, radiology reports, laboratory results, photographs
• Direct integration with Lancet and Ampath Laboratories, allows for electronic requests of lab tests as well as auto-population of the results, directly into the patient’s clinical note

• An on-line ticketing system is also available to log any query and follow the progress of each ticket
